20th birthday

Ok since I'm awake right now and has got nothing better to do, I shall update my blog about my birthday! Haha! I went out with my clique of girls plus Amanda's boyfriend, Matthew, as well after our last paper to celebrate my birthday yesterday. We dined at Maraku, some Japanese restaurant at Marina Square. The food there is definitely marvellous! Love it, especially the peach dessert! Thanks for treating me the dessert! The next stop, startbucks (outdoor)! I thought we're just going there to take photos but who knows Jia Hui and Amanda went missing for nearly half an hour. Haha they're so sweet ok. They went to get me a cake and a gift. Thanks alot! Love the care bear! Will definitely hug at night to sleep. Hah! Took quite a few photos there after that. Please don't tag me with unglam photos! Haha!

Would like to thank all my friends who wished me as well, be it sms or facebook, THANK YOU ALL! And I'm pretty surprised that I've friends in facebook whom I don't really know (as in I've never talk to that person before you know that kind) wished me as well. Then after that we started talking to each other a while. Sounds not bad right? Haha! Especially this guy whom I know him since kindergarten I think? Same kindergarten, primary school and secondary school but never in the same class before. Lol! I only remembered that we used to talk in kindergarten that's all. What a good catching up.

Ok I guess that's all for now until I recall all the small little details again! Cya!

Went out to meet my mum at orchard this morning and we shopped at tangs. Can't believe I'm spending again. I bought 2 accessories for myself because they're all under sales now and plus my mum has got the tangs card to rebate so I'm paying slightly little on top of the discounts given. How nice huh? Haha! Accompanied my mum for lunch at chinatown, some organic restaurant. After that we parted our ways because I'm going to get my nails done. Well I walked to raffles place instead of taking a transport because it's pretty near though but somehow I lost my way. Haha! Not like I'm familar with that place also. And you know what, I saw my uncle! So coincidence right? Yeah my saviour! And he directed me the way to my destination. Ok I'm lucky again. :) Collected my longchamp bag as well!

exam

1 more paper down today! Left with the last paper PNM and that mark the end of 2nd year in poly. That's how fast time flies and I'm going to serve my internship in no time, just a week break only. I can't believe I'm going to work for straight 5 months. I already got tired after working straight for the whole month, hope I'm able to pull through.

Arboriculture paper is alright, manageable, at least what I've studied came out. PBG paper is quite alright but I don't think I did well for my structure essay question, maybe I just did fairly only. Ok whatever it is, I hope I can clear this module. Ohh I've gotten back the result for the presentation and we got an A! Haha I'm so happy. High 5 Amanda! :) Have gotten myself a longchamp bag from paris, it's an exclusive piece though, all thanks to my mum's friend. She got her husband to get for me. ;) K I'm going to study real hard for the last paper already to make the reward worth.

Can't believe my birthday clashes with exam again. =(

Couple of things that I wanna do before my attachment starts
- go sing k
- definitely shopping but have to control my spendings
- visit the place where I'm serving my internship, don't wanna get lost on the day itself - change my blogskin
- list some of the items I wanna sell online
- perm my hair, most likely this sunday! haha

and the lists will go on because I know I've definitely miss out something just that I couldn't remember.

CNY + v day

What a good combination! CNY + V day. Well I simply just spent the day at home because I'm down with fever which is really irritating. Initially I wanna go out with my parents to catch a movie but my grandma and younger brother are both sick as well so we postpone to tomorrow instead. I thought maybe I can study at night when my brother is not around but I'm too sick to study. Seriously my whole body is weak and could like hardly walk. Whole day feeling restless and kept lying on the sofa and sleep. Hope that I will recover tomorrow! Ok before I end, wanna wish everyone a Happy CNY and V day! ;)

handphone and modelling

Well I've a couple of new updates here. My dad had gotten me a new handphone! Haha I'm so happy! My contract is supposed to end at april but because my dad signed up something from singtel and it comes with free vouchers so I get to change my phone. Today I wet to do my nails because it's the only day that I'm free already. And I did acrylic! It's a 3D type of nail art and I did rose with french tips. Heh! Something new which I've never done before. Love it! :) And also somebody approached me for modelling. No idea what is it about though and I think modelling doesn't suits me but well, I still kept a copy of their namecard. Did some shopping with my brother and mum today but didn't get anything for myself instead, it's my brother who got all his stuffs! Berms, crumpler bag and slipper. Imagine my mum spent a bomb on him today? Haha well it's for long term investment, should be able to last him for a few years.

And exam is just next friday, I'll buck up and study real hard now...

updates

I had my presentation today and I thought it was quite a fast one though. And I've gotten back my test paper for PBG. I did pretty badly as expected not because I never study but there's too much to be absorbed in a short time. I'm not that sad though because I've gotten full marks on the topic that I've focused alot on. At least from here, I can see that the effort I put in is being reflected in my results. I didn't get any scoldings from teacher instead she sort of encouraged me. Like you know you can get full marks if you study well enough. I believed that my hard work will pay off in some ways.

survey

Went to work in the morning and I left early today because I'm doing a survey at orchard hotel. Met up with Shirley on the bus and we're stucked at sixth avenue for about 15 minutes, no idea what causes the terrible jam though. Apparently we're late for sure. And the survey for this time round is fruit juice instead of milk, don't know what happened to my friend's arrangement. Love the new peach juice! =)

After that we headed for lunch and shopped at tangs for cosmetics. Love the new shades of my lipsticks! That girl bought benefits product. Looks pretty cool! Maybe next time I should invest in benefits as well since my mum is using it too.

cousin

Simply can't wait to clear all my projects now! Had PNM presentation today and I'm like not mentally prepared at all for it but luckily I wrote notes down on paper before hand. Pretty nervous though. At least one project presentation is settled, left with 2 now and I'm done for this sem and I'll disappear from school for about 6-7 months? Haha!

Anyway I received a piece of good news just now that my cousin is pregnant! Haha! Ok that's really fast. They got married less than 2 months ago and now she's pregnant. K anyway, CONGRATULATIONS! =)
